Where a ruptured cruciate ligament and patella sub luxation is present in the same limb it is possible to correct a misalignment in the quadriceps mechanism as part of the TTA procedure. The tibial tubercle is moved laterally (or medially) by placing a spacer between the ear of the cage and the bone. Available in a range of sizes - 2, 4, 6, 8mm.
