Return of goods

Returns are only accepted subject to prior approval from JØRGEN KRUUSE A/S.
The following conditions must be met before returning any goods:

  • Returns must be made within three (3) months from the date of receipt.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition as new, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Please note the following special conditions:

Sterile products: Returns of sterile or temperature-controlled items are not accepted.

Products with special storage requirements: Certain products require specific storage conditions to maintain their quality until the expiry date. These products are marked with a temperature symbol on the packaging. As storage conditions cannot be guaranteed once the goods have left our control, such items cannot be returned.
  • All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • A return handling fee of 10% will be applied.
  • Products specially procured on request cannot be returned.
