  • BUSTER sterile aural othaematoma compress provides a compression pad that gives good ventilation and great cosmetic results. The pad consists of an inner, open, soft foam layer and one tougher outer surface where sutures are placed.

Features

  • An aural hematoma is a common clinical condition. A blood-filled pocket forms in the ear between the skin and the cartilage. Dogs with long ears are often affected, but other animals such as sheep and cats can also be affected. Surgical intervention involves draining the blood and fluid, and the dressing helps secure the two layers together again through suturing and compression.
