Emergency medical response
The following procedure applies if you need to report an urgent medical problem outside of KRUUSE's opening hours (according to GDP rules).
For urgent problems with a medical product outside KRUUSE's regular opening hours, please call +45 40 80 45 13.
Here you will be informed about the problem and it will be assessed whether an urgent action is necessary.
When reporting, please provide the following information - if possible:
- Name of the medicine, pharmaceutical form, active ingredient, strength and pack size
- Batch number, number of packages covered, date of manufacture and expiry date
- Information about the product defect, including whether the product defect has led to side effects
- Place of purchase of the product
