Return of unused/new products

Returns can only be made by prior agreement with JØRGEN KRUUSE A/S.

The following guidelines apply to returns:

1. Return of an item must be agreed with a KRUUSE employee. KRUUSE Customer Service can be contacted by e-mail kruuse.uk@kruuse.com. Prior to contacting KRUUSE, please have the product number and quantity ready on the items you wish to return.

2. The returned goods must arrive at KRUUSE in undamaged and saleable packaging, a copy of the invoice must be enclosed.

3. Shipping labels must not be affixed directly to the item. Should this occur, we reserve the right to return the goods without further liability.

4. Items that have been specially procured (see point 4.a), as well as items that are no longer in our range and/or have expired on the expiry date/short shelf life, cannot be returned or replaced.

4.a. Products with special conditions Generally, sterile products are delivered with 3 layers of packaging; primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.

  • The primary packaging is the innermost layer that keeps the product sterile. The secondary packaging keeps the sterile product clean, while the third layer acts as protection during transport. In order to guarantee that a product is sterile at the time of use, KRUUSE is unfortunately not able to take these products back.

  • Some products require storage within specified temperatures in order to keep their shelf life. These products have a temperature symbol on the packaging. Unfortunately, KRUUSE is not able to take these products back, as we have no control over what temperatures the product is stored under after we have delivered the product to a customer.
