Transport damage

If you receive goods that have been damaged during transport, you must make a note on the consignment note when the goods are received. You must always check the goods that are delivered, if this is not done, the warranty is cancelled. Then fill out our complaint form. To ensure that we can help you in the best possible way, please provide as precise and detailed a description as possible. Photo documentation and a copy of the signed consignment note can greatly facilitate our complaint handling. These can be uploaded in the form. In order for us to provide the best service, please create one case per shipment/waybill if you have multiple shipments with errors.

Defective product

If you experience a defect in a consumer or pet product and wish to make a complaint, please fill in our complaint form.

To ensure that we can help you in the best possible way, please provide as precise and detailed a description as possible. What has gone wrong / broken? How did it happen? Pictures and other documentation should always be uploaded in the form. In order for us to provide the best service, you must create a case per item number if you have several item numbers that are faulty. We also refer to our terms of sale and delivery.
